Our client is a long established, area landmark multi franchised new car dealership located in the beautiful Gladstone area of Qld. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join their management team. The dealership offers security of tenure, excellent selling franchises, career advancement opportunities and a friendly working atmosphere. The dealership offers all modern facilities including medical, educational, sporting, recreational and shopping. The dealership trades Monday to Friday plus Saturdays to 1:00pm. The role oversees Aftermarket and Finance.

Qualifications
* Solid current or recent experience gained as a New Car Sales Manager at a new car dealership.
* Seeking a long‑term position.
* Strong, proven management, financial, motivational, selling and closing skills.
* Drive and energy to succeed.
* Ability to guide staff and maximize their potential.
Salary will consist of a retainer around $85k (negotiable according to experience, super, commission structure and car) with an OTE around $175k.
