To provide high-quality customer service and operational support at The Surrounds Leisure Centre, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment for members and guests.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional front-line customer service, including reception, enquiries, and membership administration.
- Assist in daily facility operations including bookings, class setup, and resident events.
- Maintain accurate records of memberships, payments, and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and report incidents as required.
- Support the Manager in coordinating contractors, service providers, and maintenance schedules.
- Promote the centre's programs and activities to enhance community participation.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and booking/payment systems.
- Team-oriented with flexibility to work weekends.
- Knowledge of WHS practices in a facility or community centre setting.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or facility operations (community or leisure centre experience desirable).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) desirable.
