We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team.
Job Description:
A newly created role for a delivery-focused Sales/Account Director, responsible for the organization's sales function, including winning new enterprise logo accounts, helping with strategic acquisitions and building a sales capability that sets a new benchmark for the company. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to leverage their IT account management, enterprise software solution sales, business development and key consulting skills on a local, national and global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build a strong sales function, forming part of the leadership team and contributing to the product and service roadmap.
* Responsible for the organisation's sales function, including winning new enterprise logo accounts and helping with strategic acquisitions.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to achieve business goals.
* Manage a sales team to deliver sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organisation.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven commercial experience gained in key enterprise account management across key accounts, sales leadership and management, software technology B2B sales, business development, account directing and professional business-to-business consulting within mid-large sites.
* An ability to grow a team and sales culture with a strong sales methodology and process experience.
* Experience taking responsibility for whole-of-business sales milestones where you play a key role in all stages of the sales lifecycle.
