The role
You'll deliver high-level cadastral surveying services, lead complex projects, certify plans, and act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and stakeholders. You'll also mentor junior team members and contribute to maintaining GLS's high technical standards - without being buried in admin.
About you
You're a Licensed Surveyor registered in Victoria who:
* Enjoys technical problem-solving and quality work
* Is comfortable managing projects end‐to‐end
* Values professionalism, collaboration and autonomy
* May be looking for something different from the metro grind
