Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will provide expert support to our customers on-site, ensuring the efficient operation of their equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Attend to technical work at customer sites and deliver solutions to hardware and software issues.
* Coordinate with customers on product analysis, specifications, configuration, programming support, project coordination, and documentation.
* Troubleshoot complex problems and take ownership of entire systems or solutions.
The Essentials – What You Will Bring:
* A university degree in Engineering or equivalent trade qualification with tertiary education.
* 5+ years of experience in engineering and technical support.
* Excellent communication and consultative skills, with a background in automation preferred.
* Ability to deliver presentations and develop relationships with customers and partners.
