A well-known and established builder with a reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth across the ACT & NSW. They are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team, based out of their ACT Display Suite & Office. This is a Monday to Friday role, with every 2nd Saturday as a bonus. 
Responsibilities 
Identifying customers' needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build or extend onto their dream home 
Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR project 
Generating and following up leads to convert to sales 
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers 
Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents 
Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry 
About You 
You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience. You will also possess: 
A strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUST 
Thorough understanding of current residential market trends 
Sound knowledge of KDR and building secondary dwellings / granny flats 
Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales 
Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans 
Ability to build great relationships 
Good knowledge of IT systems and processes 
Ability to work weekends 
Remuneration & Benefits 
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of around $90k + super, as well as being rewarded with a generous commission structure.
