Key Role: Front Desk Professional

This is a pivotal position as the primary point of contact, managing front desk operations and providing administrative support to the broader team. The ideal candidate will be professional, people-focused, and adept at working in a fast-paced environment.


Core Responsibilities:

* Managing incoming calls and directing clients/visitors
* Coordinating meeting room bookings and maintaining a polished front-of-house area
* Providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Design team
* Assisting with general office and ad-hoc duties as required


Requirements:

* Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role
* Ideal experience in a design, architecture, or showroom environment
* Strong communication skills and professional presentation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* A friendly, confident, and team-oriented approach
