About the Role
Join our remote team as an Itinerary Designer and turn your love for travel into a rewarding role. You'll help clients plan unforgettable vacations by designing custom itineraries based on their interests, preferences, and budget. Key Responsibilities
* Client Consultations: Meet virtually with clients to learn about their ideal getaway, preferences, and budget.
* Travel Research: Identify destinations and activities that align with client expectations—from must-see sights to hidden gems.
* Itinerary Design: Create personalized, day‐by‐day travel plans featuring accommodations, excursions, and local experiences.
* Transportation Planning: Coordinate flights, ground transfers, rental cars, and other travel logistics to ensure smooth transitions.
* Budget Planning: Work within budget guidelines while delivering high-quality experiences. Leverage deals, packages, and upgrades.
