Our client is a leader in luxury corporate gifting, is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their tight-knit, collaborative team! Our client specialises in creating unforgettable, high-end corporate gift experiences. Their customers count on them for precision, creativity, and white-glove service – and they're growing fast! Your Role: Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting both the Sales and Senior Managment teams. From handling sales orders to liaising with customers and handling bespoke client projects, you'll help ensure a smooth day-to-day operations and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Process sales orders efficiently and accurately. Respond to customer queries via inbox, phone, and chatbot. Assist Business Development Managers with bespoke gift proposals and costings. Manage your own list of key accounts via Hubspot. Provide day-to-day administrative support (Shopify product uploads, website updates, ordering supplies, etc.). Design digital gift cards using Canva and manage VistaPrint orders. Collaborate with Operations on freight quotes and delivery troubleshooting. Contribute to special projects with the Senior Management Team. About You: Meticulous attention to detail. Able to juggle multiple priorities and stay organised. Strong time management across various departments. Customer-focused with a solutions-first mindset. Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new tools quickly. Friendly, personable, and collaborative. Sales-oriented – you love supporting sales success! Preferred Experience: 1–2 years experience with: Inventory platforms (e.g. CIN7) CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) Shopify and e-commerce tools Canva, Excel, and Google Drive/Console Customer service and admin experience.
