Our client is a market leading Biotech organisation who are now looking for a Change Manager to assist with a minimum 12-month contract. The working environment is highly collaborative and very open and you will benefit from working with a high calibre team.
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives within the organization to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and resistance to change by developing and implementing effective communication and engagement plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of change management activities.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to facilitate adoption of change.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
