Key Responsibilities include: * Work autonomously on the clinical unit's entering and updating clinical information under the supervision of a pharmacist. * Provide high level pharmacy clinical assistant expertise to meet organisational demands as required in the clinical units. * Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team, in a non-clinical capacity, under the direct supervision of a pharmacist conforming to current legislative and regulatory requirements.
