Job Description
Lead a high‐profile peripheral intervention territory while developing a sales team across NSW.
Your Day‐to‐Day
As a Field Sales Manager, you'll balance hands‐on selling with people leadership, driving performance through capability, culture and execution.
Your Day Will Include
* Owning and growing a Central Sydney territory within the Peripheral Intervention portfolio
* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of four Territory Managers across NSW
* Conducting regular field visits to coach selling skills, territory management, and clinical engagement
* Driving market share growth across peripheral intervention products
* Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders
* Developing and executing regional sales strategies aligned to national objectives
* Managing forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance metrics
* Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy
* Partnering with Marketing, Clinical, and cross‐functional teams to deliver seamless customer support
* Reporting performance, insights, and opportunities to senior leadership
About You
You're a strong commercial performer who enjoys developing others and creating a collaborative, high‐performance culture.
You'll Bring
* Proven success in medical device sales, ideally within Peripheral Intervention, Interventional Cardiology, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Vascular
* Field sales management experience or a clear readiness to step into leadership
* Confidence in coaching and developing sales professionals
* Strong hospital and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive consistent execution
* Strategic thinking combined with strong operational discipline
* A leadership style that is supportive, accountable, and visible
* Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within NSW
* Experience from competitor organisations or adjacent interventional spaces is highly regarded
