What is the Role?
We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Senior Creative Lead to join our Marketing & Customer Experience team. This role is all about bringing the Early Settler brand to life through compelling creative, visual storytelling, strategy lead and customer-focused campaigns. From digital and social to print, retail and in-store experiences, you'll lead creative direction across all touchpoints while ensuring every piece of content feels distinctly Early Settler. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Studio and Category teams, mentor creative talent and help drive strategy lead product launches & marketing campaigns. We're seeking someone with a strategic mindset who can define and communicate the why behind a product campaign, establishing the campaign strategy and foundation before it moves into creative development.
Working Arrangement
* Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
* Hybrid role — Work from Home Mondays & Fridays
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead creative direction across campaigns, digital, social and retail channels
* Create strategy lead frameworks to ensure campaign launches are successful
* Bring campaigns and brand concepts to life across multiple touchpoints
* Ensure all creative aligns with brand identity and visual standards
* Collaborate with Marketing, Studio and Category teams
* Mentor and guide designers and creative contributors
* Drive workflow efficiencies and explore AI and creative technologies
* Manage creative production across digital, print, POS and in-store assets
* Present and pitch creative concepts to internal stakeholders
* Help create inspiring customer experiences through impactful design

What's needed to succeed? Must Haves
* Minimum 6 years' experience in graphic design or creative roles
* Art direction or creative direction experience across campaigns and brand execution
* Previous experience working within a retail or omnichannel environment
Nice to Haves
* Experience contributing to creative or brand strategy
* Experience leading, mentoring or managing creative team members
* Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch and present creative concepts internally
Technical & Professional Skills
* Experience across digital, social, print and retail creative
* Strong project management and workflow coordination capability
* Experience with project management, asset management and AI tools
* A passion for creativity, interiors and design trends
