The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, bright, enthusiastic and well presented team player to join our group in a full time capacity. As part of a small IT team you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for resolving PC support issues.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Providing 1st line support to network users in the Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Azure and Active directory and any other environments that Dermalogica may use, face to face, via telephone and via remote access

•Installation and connection of system hardware or new software in addition to performing system diagnostics

•Repairing and correcting of malfunctions as necessary in accordance with troubleshooting and maintenance roles

•Performing various administrative tasks relating to Dermalogica’s IT equipment, as well as its software with the purpose of maintaining a well organized system.

•Uphold Dermalogica’s image of professionalism at all times

•Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, supervisors and customers

•Work safely and to consider the health and safety of others. Always demonstrate safe behaviors and environmentally sound work practices.

•Ensure you comply with all Dermalogica OH&S policies and procedures

•Comply with all Dermalogica policies and procedures including and not limited to EEO, OH&S and Harassment in the Workplace

•Act in accordance with Dermalogica Code of Ethics and organisational values

The Candidate

Essential skills and abilities desired:

•IT user support experience and experience in trouble shooting area networks

•Sounds problem solving skills including the ability to provide practical as well as innovative solutions

•Power Platform experience is highly regarded.

Experience and qualifications required:

•Microsoft Certified Azure, Windows etc

•Higher School Certificate

•Literate in Microsoft ecosystem

•Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
