Our Property and Buildings team is a specialist engineering group operating across all sectors. This role is vital to the ongoing success of our P&B Civil team in Perth and offers career development opportunities and professional growth. What You Will Do
* Work on a range of iconic projects within the defence, health, energy and commercial sectors.
* Work in a high impact, market-facing and civil engineering delivery focused role.
* Manage ongoing communication and professional relationships with local clients.
* Proactively determine, manage, monitor and control scope of works.
* Ensure timely and quality delivery for project and civil engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards.
* Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
* Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team.
* Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers.
* Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.
About You / Qualifications
* Bachelor to Master's level degree (Civil Engineering).
* Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable).
* Excellent expertise in civil engineering and design documentation, including roads, carparks, public realm, earthworks, stormwater and utility coordination.
* Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes.
* Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects.
* Experience delivering multiple, concurrent projects across different scales and sectors (commercial, residential, industrial, land development, subdivisions).
* Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
* Adept in cross-discipline project delivery and collaboration with all key engineering disciplines.
* Proficiency with AutoCAD and 12D or Civil3D.
* Knowledge of DRAINS and MUSIC software.
* Highly developed customer-focus, leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
