What does a normal day in the life of a Assistant Store Manager look like?
Provide leadership inspiration to the team through effective coaching and training
Ensure all customer are provided expert and unmatched service every time
Meeting sales targets and KPIs
Assisting on driving in-store promotions and marketing initiatives
Maintain stock management/Inventory control
What do we need from you?
Previous experience in a retail management environment
A strong understanding of technical challenges
Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
A highly driven, self-motivated approach
Required to work weekends
Strong ability in selling
High attention to detail and well organised
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical terms
Enjoy and thrive in Multi-tasking and problem Solving
