Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* A current Registered Nurse registration.
* Experience working in Aged Care, although not essential, it is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong resident focus.
* A high level of attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
* The capacity to share knowledge and work within a friendly, supportive team.
* Ability to take direction while remaining within the scope of practice.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
