We are looking for a vibrant, professionally presented individual with warm and excellent accounting skills. You must have the ability to work in a team environment with sound communication, interpersonal skills and excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities
* Accounts payable
* Accounts receivable
* Payroll
* Bank and other reconciliations
* Regulatory compliance and lodgements
* Financial reporting and preparation of management accounts
* The role will also include administration applicable to accounting practice, such as filing, document maintenance and customer records.
* Other reasonable duties as requested by the management.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Degree in Accounting
* National Police Clearance
* Completed Xero online certification.
* Ability to develop sound client relationships.
* Concern for quality & standards.
* Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
* Driver's license and access to own vehicle
* A high level of professional written and oral communication skills is critical.
* Ability to work as part of a team
