As Warehouse Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient management of the Warehouse and its stock, and that product is received in and dispatched out on time to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Mentor and supervise Warehouse Assistants
* Management of all operations around stock, inbound and outbound orders
* Updating and managing the SAP stock system
* Ongoing calculation of stock Minimums / Maximums combined with replenishment assessment - ensuring optimisation of order cycle and adherence to MTO principles
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure best outcomes for freight savings
* Supplier order calculation and processing
* Receiving orders and auditing all inbound packing slips
* Inputting stock and balancing orders/invoices on the SAP Inventory system
* Designing and updating the warehouse planogram
* Filling stock in correct position and cycling stock in accordance with first expired first out
* Recording and managing all batch and lot numbers in accordance with TGA standard
* Building reserve stock onto pallets
* Remove and process recall and expired stock in accordance with TGA or Food Standard
* Manage demonstration and sample stock
* Perform annual stock takes and balance results
* Assist with processing of orders in accordance with company policy and standards and completing checks prior to shipping
* Picking, packing and dispatching all customer orders within a 24 hours' time frame
* Ensure management of transport vendors provides ongoing good value for the company
* Provide efficient backorder management
* Provide timely reports to stakeholders as required
* Tracking all inbound shipments
* Manage pre-buys and designated allocations within the system
* Repackaging kits and product lots where customers require smaller quantities in accordance with TGA standards
* Purchase packaging materials and develop systems to manage efficient and thorough waste management in accordance with Australian and company standard
* Customer service support - calling customers to advise of changes or work through order inquiries
* Comply with laws, regulations and ISO 9001:2015 requirements
* Ensuring a clean warehouse that meets with Medical Standard Storage requirements
* Working with senior leadership to provide ongoing reports and information as required
* Ensuring all products are stickered with the required details as per regulations
* Customer service - backup office staff to answer incoming calls and deal with the public as required
Qualifications include:
* Previous warehouse management experience
* Previous SAP experience, preferred
* Previous logistics management experience in a Make To Order (MTO) environment
