The Opportunity
* Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and institutional clients
* Provide end to end industrial property management and portfolio oversight
* Lead lease administration, tenancy schedules and critical date management
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and detailed financial reporting
* Drive rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings and negotiations
* Monitor recoveries, outgoings, cash flow and asset financial performance
* Conduct regular property inspections and oversee compliance obligations
About You
* Experience in commercial or industrial property management
* Confidence managing landlord relationships and client reporting
* Strong understanding of commercial leases, rent reviews and asset performance
* Solid financial capability across budgets, forecasts and reconciliations
* The ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a broader team
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* WA Property Registration / Licence
* Experience with property management systems (MRI desirable)
