In this exciting opportunity, you will lead and develop the Customer Service team to strengthen their capabilities in achieving exceptional customer experiences.
You will create strong customer relationships by strengthening collaborative partnerships with both external customers and internal stakeholders,
proactively oversee business operations, identifying trends and insights to capitalize on opportunities or mitigate risks continuously reviewing and refining customer service processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction
A high-performing team by coaching, motivating, and empowering team members to improve capability, drive performance, and boost engagement enabling the achievement of ambitious targets.
