Nsw State Manager Job Description
* As a seasoned Store and DC Operations professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our retail venture across NSW. You will contribute to all aspects of the business, driving excellence in customer experience, staff development, logistics, and innovation.
* You will lead and support Site Managers to deliver outstanding results in customer satisfaction, employee growth, and operational efficiency.
* This role requires strategic leadership skills, with a focus on recruitment, selection, and development of high-performing teams across NSW.
* You will oversee inventory accuracy, stock management, and financial objectives, ensuring consistency of process and timely reporting.
* The successful candidate will manage state-wide financial and operational goals, including expense control, loss prevention, audits, reporting, and promotions.
* You will ensure effective workforce planning and scheduling across stores by guiding Site Managers to balance labor efficiency with customer traffic and business needs.
* This role involves providing escalation support for complex customer complaints while empowering Site Managers to resolve day-to-day issues effectively.
* You will recruit, coach, and develop Site Managers, fostering leadership capability and adherence to company policies and professional standards.
* The job holder will monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements, ensuring timely action on customer correspondence and service tickets across stores.
* You will coordinate and oversee state-wide operational communication, ensuring Site Managers effectively allocate tasks, maintain team productivity, and drive consistent execution.
* This role requires direct and continuous review of store operations and business development opportunities, working closely with the General Manager to recommend and implement improvements.
* You will pursue new business opportunities across NSW, supporting Site Managers in sales enablement, quoting, and closing key opportunities.
