An exciting full time opportunity now exists for a receptionist to support our team in our Rockingham office. The role will be busy and varied with no 2 days likely to be the same.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Role:
* Answering & responding to telephone enquiries
* Greeting clients and visitors
* Diary management
* Opening, closing and archiving electronic files
* Stationary orders
* File management (electronic & physical) including scanning documents, recording file notes / telephone notes etc.
* General admin tasks as required to assist fellow team members
* Clean and tidy kitchen
* Sorting mail
To be successful for this role, you will have:
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a reception based role or in customer service
* A positive and friendly attitude when greeting clients and visitors
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* The ability to remain calm and poised under pressure
* Excellent customer service skills
* Professional phone manner
* Good memory, listening skills and clear thinking abilities
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
* A pro-active approach to daily work tasks
* The ability to work unsupervised
* Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
