* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including participant and worker information
* Assisting with the preparation and setup of training sessions, meetings, and events
* Managing office equipment and supplies, including ordering and receiving new stock
Requirements
* Diploma or certificate in business administration or a related field
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
