About The Role
You will report to the Group Head of Reward and be responsible for leading and delivering all aspects of the ANZ reward program. This includes salary review, job evaluations and benchmarking, STIs, reporting, and performance.
* Collaborate with the Global Head of Reward across a global reward environment that includes LTIs and equity, and mobility.
* Analyse and interpret data to provide insights, identify trends, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, including WGEA and gender pay equity reporting.
* Continuously improve processes, trackers and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency and stakeholder confidence.
About You
We are seeking an experienced Reward or Remuneration & Benefits professional who thrives on detail, data integrity, and stakeholder engagement. You will bring:
* Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with the capability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* A track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work that is 'board-ready.'
* Strong systems mindset with the ability to follow and improve standard operating processes.
* ASX-listed experience and Hay/Korn Ferry job evaluation knowledge are highly regarded but not essential.
