The Role
We are looking for a Casual Registered Nurse to join our Victoria Point practice to be a key team member working collaboratively with an experience team of Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high quality and comprehensive care for all patients.
The Tasks
- Conduct a range of clinical duties; pathology collection, vaccinations, monitoring of ECG, wound dressings, change of linen, clean and sterilise equipment
- Triaging patients and prioritization of emergency situations
- Build relationships to create patient ease prior to procedures or treatments
- Coordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical data
- Wound dressings and removal of sutures
The Successful Candidate
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting
- Knowledge of Health Assessment is highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A passion for people and a personable approach
