About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic retail leader to drive sales performance, maximise profitability and deliver world-class customer experiences as our new Store Manager.

* Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver world-class customer service and sales excellence
* Drive sales performance and profitability through effective planning, execution and stock management
* Ensure operational excellence, including loss prevention and inventory control
* Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a positive, engaging and ethical workplace culture
