Job Description We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Rounds Clerk to join our Conveyancing team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into full-time as the business grows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in conveyancing and the legal property sector, offering hands-on experience, training, and ongoing support. * Prepare settlement packets and ensure all required documents are ready for settlement. * Conduct title searches and basic property enquiries. * Attend to banking tasks, book bank attendances when required, collect/deliver documents from banks/agents/third parties. Check & manage incoming/outgoing mail via post office. Maintain & organize settlement files/paperwork. Assist post-settlement checks/file finalization.
