This site‑based role is hands‑on, working closely with trades, contractors and project teams to plan and price a diverse range of construction, refurbishment and upgrade projects across a large accommodation village and residential precinct. You will bring: Experience in estimating and/or scheduling within FM, construction or capital works Ability to read drawings, scopes and technical documentation Strong Excel and scheduling software skills Excellent accuracy, organisation and attention to detail Confidence working with trades, supervisors, procurement and contractors Understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements Experience in remote or resource‑sector environments (advantageous) If you have previously worked as a scheduler, estimator, project coordinator, maintenance planner or even a trade‑qualified person who has moved into project support- this role is a great fit.
