The Opportunity

Your Day-to-Day
* Manage a diverse portfolio of SMEs, family groups, and growing corporates
* Lead, coach, and mentor junior staff – helping them reach their potential
* Deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services with a commercial mindset
* Build strong, long-term client relationships and contribute to firm strategy
* Collaborate with Partners on exciting new business opportunities
About You
* 5+ years' experience in Business Services within public practice
* CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion)
* Strong technical grounding across tax and compliance (Div 7A, CGT, GST, etc.)
* Confident leader with a natural coaching style
* Excellent communicator who enjoys client interaction
* Ambitious, adaptable, and ready to take the next big step
