Change Management Specialist

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, ideally in large-scale infrastructure, IT or facilities projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational readiness and change management efforts to ensure the successful implementation of several key initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational readiness principles and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with change management tools and methodologies is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Readiness Planning: Develop and execute an operational readiness strategy aligned with program launch timelines. Coordinate with facilities, IT, HR, and business units to ensure all operational elements are in place.

* Change Management: Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to support adoption of new processes, systems, and environments. Conduct impact assessments and change readiness evaluations. Identify and manage resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
">
* Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and develop engagement plans. Facilitate workshops, briefings, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and buy-in.

* Training & Communication: Develop and deliver communication plans to inform and prepare staff. Collaborate with training teams to ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for the new environment.

* Monitoring & Reporting: Track change adoption, readiness metrics, and operational preparedness. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in change management, ideally in large-scale infrastructure, IT or facilities projects.

* Strong understanding of operational readiness principles.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Experience with change management tools and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).

Desirable Qualifications:

* Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG).

* Experience in healthcare, education, or public infrastructure projects.

* Background in project management or operations.

A senior-level position requiring a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
