About the role As Senior Project Manager – CRM & Billing, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a CRM and Billing transformation program over an 18‑month period. This is a complex, high‑risk and high‑impact transformation involving CRM, billing and integration platforms.
You’ll operate at a senior level, working closely with executives, business leaders, vendors and cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery within scope, budget and timeframes.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of the CRM, billing and integration programEstablish and maintain strong governance, delivery controls and executive reportingManage systems integrators and technology partners, including commercial oversightOversee solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and deploymentProactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and scope across the programDrive organisational change, adoption and transition to business‑as‑usualPartner with business and change leaders to ensure operational readiness and capability uplift
