**Job Overview**
As a Vehicle Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle branch.
About the Role
1. Accurately receive, book in, photograph and upload vehicles within required time-frames upon arrival at the branch.
2. Follow processes for collection and storage of personal items and keys from vehicles as part of the booking in process.
3. Remove and store number plates following established procedures.
4. Produce high-quality digital photographs of vehicles and document features and damage.
5. Assist with delivery of assets to site and collection by buyers/tow truck drivers.
6. Support auction-related duties on auction days and ensure the branch is set up.
7. Deliver exceptional service to vendors and buyers.
8. Maintain a safe and productive work environment adhering to WHS procedures.
About You
1. A current, valid manual driver's license is essential.
2. Brief knowledge of vehicles or experience in a similar role/industry.
3. Basic customer service and computer skills.
4. Good oral and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
