• Help establish and grow new services with a focus on quality and responsiveness
What You'll Bring:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with older adults and carers
• Experience in health, aged care, community services, or medical reception
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using practice management systems (e.g., PracSuite) and processing payments (e.g., Tyro/Medipass)
• Understanding of Medicare and DVA processes (e.g., Better Access, CDM, etc)
• Warmth, discretion, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset
