Growth and Support Manager Job Description
Concept Eight is seeking a proactive and dynamic Growth & Support Manager to manage our sites in VIC, NSW, and ACT. This role involves strategic thinking, coaching, training, and leading teams to achieve sales growth targets and improve profitability.
* Proactive leadership, coaching, training, and development of our franchise partners and their restaurant's managers & teams.
* Manage our franchise restaurant network to achieve sales growth targets and improve profitability.
* Continually review, monitor, and improve operations of our restaurants, ensuring consistency and a customer-first culture.
* Performance of your restaurant portfolio and achieving set KPIs.
* Manage operational systems, processes, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires strong communication skills, a head for business, and enjoyment of coaching, training, and leading teams. You will also need to be self-motivated and flexible with a hands-on approach to your work, complemented by a sound knowledge of food retail or hospitality operations, including financial analysis and training.
