At Motorline BMW, our Pre-Delivery roles play a key role in ensuring that every customer receives their new or used vehicle promptly, beautifully presented, and to the highest standards. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery Coordinator to support our Pre-Delivery Manager in delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pre-Delivery Manager in daily operations of the Pre-Delivery Department
- Check in and process keys, vehicle documentation, and arrival of new stock
- Prepare and raise Repair Orders for vehicle deliveries
- Allocate work orders to technicians efficiently
- Raise and manage sublet purchase orders
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure timely delivery of vehicles as promised
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers to meet delivery deadlines
- Conduct periodic quality control inspections to uphold high standards
- Finalise and cost repair orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
