About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of concrete structure projects from planning through to completion.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a solid background in structural concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and post-tension systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Your relevant experience, ability to work independently, coupled with your ability to effectively perform the key accountabilities, will ensure you are set up for success in this opportunity.
Key Accountabilities
* Lead and manage concrete structure projects from commencement to handover.
* Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, and cost forecasts.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Oversee structural concrete works including:
o Formwork systems
o Post-tensioning (if applicable)
o Concrete pumping, placement and curing
* Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
* Monitor quality assurance and control processes.
* Manage procurement and material scheduling.
* Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and engineers.
* Identify and mitigate project risks.
* Ensure adherence to WHS and site safety requirements.
* Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation.
Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge of formwork systems and reinforcement processes.
* Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
