Overview
Anvers Wines is seeking an experienced, motivated hospitality professional to oversee our Cellar Door operations while supporting the marketing function of our growing, award-winning Adelaide Hills venue.
This hands-on role combines premium guest experience, sales, events, digital marketing support, and management of the Anvers Wine Club.
The successful candidate will be confident, organised, creative, and passionate about wine.
About the Role
Oversee day-to-day cellar door operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences
Host wine tastings and drive retail sales, Wine Club membership, and visitation
Manage bookings, reservations, enquiries, and customer communication
Maintain stock control, cellar door presentation, and daily set-up/pack-down
Plan and coordinate events, tour group visits, and private functions
Build relationships with tour operators, tourism bodies, and local partners
Support marketing activities including social media content, eCommerce offers, advertising, and brand outreach
Assist with digital platforms (Klaviyo, Now Book It, Lightspeed; Shopify experience desirable)
About You
Previous cellar door, hospitality management or winery experience essential
Strong customer service, communication, and sales capability
Skilled at managing multiple priorities with professionalism
Confident with administration, digital tools, and event coordination
Passionate about wine, with knowledge of varieties and wine styles
Flexible availability – weekends required, occasional evenings
Current RSA certificate
