Senior finance leadership role as Financial Controller for a household-name business with 65+ years of market presence. You will own the finance function and work directly with 50+ franchise owners who depend on your expertise for profitable decision‑making. 
With a solid foundation in place, you will lead, modernise and strengthen processes, reporting capabilities, and financial insights to help franchisees scale their operations. 
What You Will Be Working On 
- Process optimization and finance system enhancements: optimise NetSuite, document processes, and enhance existing systems to drive greater accuracy and efficiency 
- Management reporting and analysis: deliver timely, accurate financial reports and forward-looking insights for strategic decisions 
- Franchisee and stakeholder support: provide clear financial guidance to franchisees and establish benchmarking tools to improve network performance 
- Compliance and governance: ensure tax, audit, and regulatory requirements are met while supporting business objectives 
Key Focus Areas 
- Building on the existing 65+ year foundation to support sustainable growth across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia 
- Regular collaboration with CEO/COO on operational and expansion decisions 
- Establishing frameworks for scalable reporting and operational efficiency

Essential Experience
