We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our technology delivery team. This team supports a diverse portfolio of client‐facing and internal initiatives across customer communications, document composition, inbound document processing, and omni‐channel delivery. The role sits in a collaborative delivery environment where strong analysis, stakeholder engagement, and practical solution design are critical to successful outcomes.

About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams to understand problems, define requirements, and support the delivery of effective end‐to‐end solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that solutions are aligned to business outcomes and are clearly understood by delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
* Lead discovery and requirements definition activities
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops and structured discussions
* Create high‐quality artefacts including business requirements, user stories, and process maps
* Ensure requirements are prioritised, testable, and traceable
* Support analysis across the full communication lifecycle, including content generation, composition logic, approval workflows, and delivery across digital and print channels
* Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies and support informed decision‐making
What you will bring
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience in customer communications management, document composition, correspondence platforms, or omni-channel communication environments
* Ability to translate complex problems into clear and structured requirements
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Exposure to regulated or high-volume communications environments is advantageous
