Job Title

Fleet Sales Manager plays a crucial role in increasing market share through Corporate and Government fleet sales.


About the Role:

* We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and manage regional business sales strategies, drive incremental fleet sales, and maintain regular visitation programs with existing clients.
* The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to build long-term relationships, and a proactive approach to sourcing new clients.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute regional business sales strategies to achieve specified sales volumes and financial targets.
2. Drive incremental fleet sales within Large Fleet, Not-for-Profit, and Government Vehicle Factual (VFACTS) segments by engaging directly with end-user prospects and existing customers.
3. Maintain regular visitation programs with existing clients to ensure renewals are secured.
4. Manage fleet budgets including vehicle replacements and associated costs.
5. Assist dealers within the region to grow incremental fleet sales and penetrate local Primary Market Area (PMA) fleets.
6. Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and partnering effectively.
7. Presentation of detailed monthly sales, revenue, expenses, and forecasts to the management team.
8. Undertake structured visitation programs to prospects, clients, third parties, and Hyundai dealers.


Requirements:

* 3-5 years experience in Corporate Fleet Sales, B2B sales or Business Development.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with large corporate and government clients.
* Proactive approach to sourcing and prospecting new clients and customers.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with the wider regional team and dealer network to drive fleet sales.
* Strong presentation skills, confident with presenting to senior management, with strong commercial rationale and well-supported recommendations.
* Valid Australian Driver's License with the ability to Travel within WA to visit dealers and clients.
