Job Summary
Lead a team of professionals to manage and maintain mobile equipment at regional workshops and contract sites in Southern NSW and TAS.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing people, resources, and budgets to achieve business goals.
* Strategically plan and implement systems, tools, and processes to ensure effective and efficient business operations.
* Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team to meet business objectives.
* Oversee the management of workshops and contract sites within set budgets and financial parameters.
* Ensure seamless integration of workshop repairs, component repairs, and field service contracts.
* Develop and implement global workshop standards, lean principles, and methodologies.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize manpower planning.
* Provide regular reporting and analysis to the management team.
