Are you a superstar administrator with a can‐do attitude? We're on the lookout for a vibrant, organised, and people‐loving Program Support Officer – Primary Health to join our dynamic team in Wagga Wagga (Wiradjuri Country). This is a part‐time role where no two days are the same, and your knack for coordination and admin magic will help power better health outcomes across the region. You'll be the glue that holds our Primary Health programs together – making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our frontline teams can shine. Your days will be filled with variety, purpose, and the occasional spreadsheet.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate clinic operations to consistently deliver exceptional service quality
* Juggle bookings, payments, fleet coordination, and more – you're the go‐to for getting things done.
* Keep programs ticking along by supporting the Portfolio Manager with day‐to‐day operations.
* Be the friendly voice and helpful hand for clients, ensuring they get timely access to the services they need.
* Solve problems like a pro – whether it's a tricky enquiry or a client needing extra support, you've got it covered.
* Keep our records and referral systems in tip‐top shape.
* Create and improve office systems that make life easier for everyone.
* Enter data and track program stats like a boss.

Qualifications

* Qualifications & Experience: You've got a Certificate III (or higher) in Business Administration or a related field, plus hands‐on experience in admin support roles – you know your way around an inbox, a booking system, and a spreadsheet.
* Organisation Ninja: You're a master of multitasking, time management, and staying cool under pressure. Deadlines? You eat them for breakfast.
* People Person: You've got top‐notch communication skills and love working with a wide range of people – from clients and carers to colleagues and community partners.
* Team Player Extraordinaire: You work well in a multidisciplinary team, bringing positivity, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.
* Tech‐Savvy & Detail‐Oriented: You're confident with document management systems and can navigate clinical software like a pro. Accuracy and confidentiality are second nature to you.
* Discreet, Decisive & Driven: You bring initiative, sound judgment, and a whole lot of common sense. You know when to ask questions and when to take the lead.
