Recruit With Me has partnered with Nurture Support Coordination as they look to recruit their new team member
About the role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building structure, improving processes, and creating clarity. Joining Nurture Support Coordination will see you be at the heart of our team as you'll initially focus on developing policies, strengthening compliance, and tightening internal frameworks.
Once the foundations are in place, the position will broaden into general office administration, compliance coordination, audit support, and finance-related administration.
It's a hands-on role where you'll have ownership of your work, the chance to shape how the office operates, and the support of a close-knit team that values flexibility, collaboration, and genuine outcomes.
How you will do this
* Develop, review and maintain internal policies, procedures and compliance frameworks aligned with NDIS requirements.
* Identify process gaps and implement improvements to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
* Support internal and external audit activities, including preparing documentation and tracking audit actions.
* Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document management and correspondence.
* Prepare reports, maintain accurate records and monitor compliance metrics.
* Assist with onboarding new staff and provide guidance around policies and procedures.
* Manage communications and documentation for clients, stakeholders and government bodies.
* Maintain and update client and project information across internal systems.
* Coordinate meetings, assist with scheduling and support general office organisation.
* Assist with project coordination, including tracking progress and reporting outcomes.
* Support basic finance administration, including invoicing, aged receivables follow-up and resolving barriers to payment.
* Contribute to a positive, efficient team environment by offering proactive administrative support wherever needed.
About you
You're someone who enjoys getting things in order, finding improvements and creating structure. You bring a mix of initiative, attention to detail and practical problem-solving, and you're comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
You will also bring:
* Experience in administration or compliance-based roles
* A solid understanding of NDIS processes: enough to check information, identify issues and help resolve blocks to payment.
* Strong writing skills and confidence drafting policies, procedures and reports.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage competing tasks.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, staff and external stakeholders.
* A proactive mindset and comfort stepping in wherever support is needed.
