We are seeking Site Engineers who have a passion for the construction industry and are interested in developing their career.
Reporting to the Project Manager, this role presents a great opportunity to work within an experienced team to broaden your skills within the Civil Construction industry.
Our current portfolio comprises Bulk Earthworks, Land Development and Civil Infrastructure in the Perth metro area.
You will work with the Project team, supervisor and business stakeholders to deliver successful project and company outcomes.
Working in a supportive environment you will:
Assist in the development of initial project programs.
Establish inspection and test plans and other essential Quality Assurance obligations.
Working with the Project Management team you will ensure that the necessary technical support and information is provided to meet the production schedule;
Recommend any necessary variations to the work to ensure that the production targets are met;
Accurately measure, record and verify the asphalt, kerbing, footpaths etc. as per estimated quantities and submit a report to the Project Management team for review;
Assist the Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities, monitor the practical application of the TMP;
Be willing to complete site inductions and assist with the preparation of JSEA's.
Skills & Requirements:
WA Drivers Licence.
Full Australian working rights.
Ability to undergo a full pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
Good communication skills and leadership potential.
The ability to work quickly, effectively and positively in a demanding environment.
Well-developed organisational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Adaptable and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
