Your Day on A Page

We are seeking a dedicated Village Manager for Homestay Village in Queens Park. This full-time role reports to the Senior Village Manager and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment. Responsibilities include managing daily operations and compliance, while ensuring an outstanding resident experience.

Located at Queens Park, you'll work in a relaxed and modern environment, with quality amenities and a welcoming and connected community. At Keyton, we are one team, and our Village Manager will embody our values every day:

* You'll be the go-to person for both residents and staff, ensuring everyone's needs are met.

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the village, including overseeing maintenance, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Assist in budget planning, optimizing maintenance programs, and managing capital works.
* Maintain regulatory compliance, workplace health and safety, and effective administrative controls.

* Be the friendly face that listens to concerns, solves problems, and makes sure our residents are happy, healthy, and thriving.
* Find the Fun:
* Plan and oversee a variety of engaging activities, from themed dinners and movie nights to gardening clubs and fitness classes.

* Lead and support a passionate team of employees who share your commitment to creating an exceptional living experience for our residents.

Who You Are:

You may come from a background in operational management, property management, retirement living, aged care, hospitality, retail, sales or a similar customer-facing sector. This role is also an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in retirement living who is ready to take the next step into a management position. To thrive ins this role, you will bring :

* An enthusiastic and approachable leadership style, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* A customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for supporting seniors and enhancing their quality of life
* Compassion and empathy, with a deep understanding of the unique needs and expectations of retirees.
* Resilience and problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and handle challenges with confidence and care.
* Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet-based systems

The successful candidate will hold, or be willing to obtain, a current First Aid and CPR certificate, a driver's license, and have access to their own transport.
