Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing planned work schedules and reviewing building works.
* You will coordinate all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management.
* Ensure that works are completed in accordance with Service Level Agreements and OH&S guidelines.
* Effectively manage staff, including motivation, development, performance management, and recruitment.
* Prepare and complete monthly financial, OH&S, client service, and key issues reports.
* Actively manage a P&L financial model to meet set financial targets.
* Interpret and amend contractual agreements as per business requirements.
* Develop strong working relationships and maintain a professional and ethical attitude with employees and contacts.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience delivering facilities and asset management services in a manufacturing environment.
* C conversant with the scope of hard services, interpretation of drawings, and compliance with Australian Standards.
* Strong team leadership traits and safety leadership experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* A passion for providing excellent customer service.
