About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our Home and Community Care team for a limited tenure from 12 December 2025 to 1 February 2026. In this role, you will work both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team to provide wound care, medication management and clinical support for clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
* provide person-centred nursing care in clients' homes
* administer medications
* undertake wound care and management
* complete clinical assessments
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
About You
* experience in community, aged care or home care nursing (preferred)
* strong communication, clinical and assessment skills
* compassionate, client-focused approach
* current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* valid working rights in Australia
* current National Police Check
* willingness to travel throughout the Coffs Harbour region to visit clients
* AHPRA registration (RN or EN)
* Relevant qualification: Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Diploma of Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing.
