Spa Attendant Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Spa Attendant. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.
The Spa Attendant is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to all visitors. This includes greeting customers, assisting with membership sign-ups, and supporting the spa therapist with linen and stock management.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also assist with cleaning and safety equipment checks, including First Aid level 2 and CPR certification.
* Monitoring customers in the pool - Lifeguarding and pool water testing
* Retrieving stock deliveries
* Touring and welcoming members and guests
* Sometimes helping with membership signup (not sales)
* Supporting the spa therapist with linen
* Cleaning
* Stock management - rolling towels, filling soap dispensers
* Safety equipment checks including First aid checks
As a Spa Attendant, you will work closely with our team to maintain the facilities to an exceptional standard. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development programs.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. They will also be willing to obtain necessary qualifications, such as Working With Children Check and Police Check.

Requirements:
* Working With Children Check
* Police Check
* First Aid Level 2
