The Company:

Their solutions have been successfully deployed and maintained across 3700 sites globally, optimizing our client by generating exceptional operational cost savings and increased efficiency.
The Role: 
Responsibilities Including (but not limited to):
- Raising / Updating Contracts by liaising with Account Managers 
- Raising Service calls in response to customer requests 
- Raising invoices (using our ERP system) for completed works 
- Raising Project claims 
- Working with Customer Portals 
- Liaising (via phone) with our service staff and customers, as required 
- Updating customer details and Purchase orders as required 
- assisting other admin staff with tasks where required and cross-training as opportunities arise.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- At least one year administration experience, working in a professional services environment 
- Excellent problem-solving skills 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills 
- Driven and motivated to manage own workload 
- Attention to detail along with excellent time management skills 
- Experience in using Pronto Software would be advantageous, but is not essential
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that drives a productive setting, that works together as a team and support one another. This role is a Temp - Permanent fulltime role, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Based in their brand-new offices in Mulgrave.
